  Email address, username, and password (hashed — we never store plain-text passwords) when you register.

• Billing data

  Payment and billing information is collected and stored exclusively by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. AutoSignals only receives confirmation of subscription status — we never see or store your full card details.

• Usage data

  Pages visited, features used, browser type, operating system, and approximate IP-based location. This data is used to improve the Service and is not linked to your identity for advertising purposes.

• Exchange API keys

  If you connect an exchange for live trading, your API key and secret are stored encrypted at rest. They are used solely for executing trades on your behalf. Withdrawal permissions are never requested.

• To manage your account and subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account creation, subscription confirmation, trial expiry reminders, billing receipts).

  • Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management.
  • Hosting / infrastructure providers — solely for service operation under data processing agreements.

• We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in, and anonymous analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

5. Data Retention

• We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your personal data is deleted within 90 days. Anonymised usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.

• We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords, and encrypted API key storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take every reasonable precaution.
