Overview
  • AutoSignals subscriptions are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). Because you receive instant access to paid features upon subscribing, our refund policy is as follows.

1. 30-Day Free Trial
  • Every new account automatically receives a 30-day Pro tier trial at no cost. No credit card is required. No charge is made unless you actively subscribe. You can explore the full Pro feature set and cancel or let the trial expire — either way you will not be charged.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Purchase)
  • If you subscribe for the first time and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact us through the platform's support channel or reply to your Lemon Squeezy purchase receipt email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

3. Subscription Renewals
  • Renewal charges are not eligible for a refund once the new billing period has started, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel your subscription before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time in your account settings — access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Annual Plans
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 7-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable on a pro-rata basis. However, you may cancel at any time and retain access until the annual period expires.

5. Exceptions — When We Always Refund
  • We will always issue a refund if: (a) you were charged after cancelling before the renewal date due to a system error; (b) the Service was completely unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing period; or (c) required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

    2. Include your registered email address and the reason for the refund request.
    3. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds through Lemon Squeezy.
