1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing, registering for, or using the AutoSignals platform ("Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

• What AutoSignals provides

  AutoSignals is a digital subscription-based SaaS platform that independently tracks, records, and analyses cryptocurrency trading signals published in public and semi-public Telegram channels. The Service provides performance analytics, win-rate statistics, risk metrics, and optional trade automation (paper and live) based on those signals. The Service is sold as a recurring digital subscription — Pro (starting at $9.99/month) and VIP (starting at $29.99/month) — distributed and billed through Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com).

• Who it is for

  The Service is intended for retail cryptocurrency traders aged 18 or older who want independent, data-driven performance data on third-party Telegram signal providers. It is not a financial advisory service, a broker, or an investment manager.

• No financial advice

  Nothing on AutoSignals constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk of financial loss.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans and pricing

  AutoSignals offers three tiers: Freemium (free, perpetual), Pro ($9.99/month or $95.88/year), and VIP ($29.99/month or $287.88/year). Annual plans are billed as a single upfront charge and provide approximately 20% savings over the monthly equivalent.

• Free trial

  Every new account receives a 30-day Pro trial at no charge. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period your account automatically reverts to the Freemium tier unless you subscribe. No charges are made without your explicit action.

• Auto-renewal

  Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You will receive a reminder email before renewal. You can cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

• Payment processor

  All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy (A Maple Street, Inc. company). AutoSignals does not store credit card or payment details. By subscribing you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to: (a) scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the platform's data or analytics; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) share account credentials; (d) attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions; or (e) submit false, misleading, or harmful content.

5. Exchange API Connections and Trade Automation

• AutoSignals never holds, custodies, or has withdrawal access to your cryptocurrency. When you connect an exchange API, AutoSignals requires trade-only permissions — withdrawal permissions must never be granted. AutoSignals is not responsible for any losses incurred through live or paper trade automation. You use all automated features entirely at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, analytics, logos, and design elements on AutoSignals are owned by or licensed to AutoSignals and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As is" basis

  The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Limitation of liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSignals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including financial losses from trading decisions, loss of data, or service interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you lose access to paid features but your account data is retained for 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoSignals operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
